Birthday Treats: As stated in the handbook birthday treats are to be individually wrapped. Please do not send cupcakes, cakes or large cookie cakes that need cut. Many students are requesting cupcakes for their birthday treat, but please do not send them because they are distributed in the classroom & they create a mess for the teachers. Thank you.
Volunteers: According to diocesan policy, anyone who volunteers where children are present must have completed the 3 step Safe Environment Program. First you must have a background check and these forms are available in the school office or on our website. Once you have been cleared, the second step is to read a diocesan handbook "Policy Relating to Sexual Abuse of Children" which is posted on our school website and then sign a form stating you read the policy. Emergency/Medical Cards: Emergency/medical cards went home on the first day of school. If you have not returned it yet, please do so immediately. Please notify the office if any of the information on the card changes during the school year.
Free or Reduced Lunch Application: If you think your child may be eligible for free or reduced lunches, please be sure to complete the application that was sent home on the first day of school & return it to the office as soon as possible.
RenWeb: Many of you have been accessing the academic progress of your children in RenWeb, our student information system. If you have a child in grades 1 - 6 & you have never accessed the Parent Portal you can do so by first going to www.renweb.com, go to Login, then ParentsWeb login and click on "create a new parents web account".
